It was nice to get that first show off the ground in what we hope will be a busy and undisrupted car show season. I enjoyed seeing lots of car show friends and meeting a few new ones at Spring Thaw in Heritage Park, Calgary. I’ve posted 133 photos from the show.
The weather is looking great for Chestermere Landing’s first cruise-in on Tuesday evening. The Weather Network is predicting a high of 19°C with sunshine. It should be a beautiful evening on the shores of Chestermere lake. Show hours are 6-8 pm.
John Kittler, organizer of the Chestermere show, posted the following on the Chestermere Show and Shine Facebook page today:
“Enjoy a cruise to Chestermere Landing and join us for the first Tuesday Cruise-In of 2022 (Tuesday May 3, 2022). Looks like 17 degrees with minimal chance of rain for our first event of the season. All kinds of vehicles welcome. Officially 6-8 pm, but feel free to arrive early and stay late!”
The Didsbury Show & Shine is scheduled for Saturday May 7.
