A busy weekend is in store for car show goers. Fifteen events in southern Alberta and two in southwest Saskatchewan. I wish I could go to them all. Last year I attended the Nanton AMC show and was extremely impressed, not only with the cars, but also when they started the engines on the World War 2 Lancaster bomber. It’s worth seeing(and hearing).
This weekend marks the welcome return, post-pandemic, of four shows which were absent for the past two years, namely KMS Tools, Century Downs, Spring Hill 567, and the European show. There are six shows in Calgary or in close proximity to Calgary.
I envy everyone who is attending the Consul show. I won’t be able to make it this year, so I hope we get to see lots of photos from the event.
