It was a pleasant afternoon in McKenzie Towne, chatting with the residents, eating hot dogs and cotton candy, petting friendly dogs, and looking at classic cars. Ninety-year-old Ben Ostrander recently completed restoration on his 1936 Ford Coupe and was proudly displaying it at the show. Ben purchased the car in 1950 in Swift Current, SK when he was 16-years-old. It was a beat-up old jalopy, and Ben got the surprise of his life when driving it home to the farm. When he came to the first intersection and pressed on the brake pedal, NO BRAKES! 74 years later, the car looks like it came out of the showroom and the brakes are working fine.

A great useful calendar. I would have not known about so many car shows
Thanks Bob
