I attended the car show in Great Falls last year and had a great time. According to the Weather Network, it's going to be 28°C and sunny and you can expect to see over 800 vehicles. Olds – Sawatzky’s Auto Repair – Apr 26, 2025 – 64 photos

The first show of the season is in the books and it was a good one. Sawatzky's Auto repair in Olds had a beautiful day and a good turnout of vehicles and spectators to kickoff car show season. It was nice to see all the familiar faces and and to meet few new ones, too. With the re-scheduling of Spring Thaw in Calgary to April 27, the honours for first show of the season in southern Alberta goes to Sawatzky's in Olds for their show on April 26. 2024 Season in Review

I listed 220 shows on the Southern Alberta Car Show Calendar this summer. This coming Sunday, Sep 28 will put the finishing touches on a great season.  That doesn’t count all the weekly shows which would add dozens more to the schedule. It was a cool start to the day in the mountains but I was out taking photos in the morning mist. After a few hours, it turned into a gorgeous sunny day with several hundred vehicles on display at the Springs Golf Course.
