My first stop of the day was at the Firebird Club’s show at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino where I saw Firebirds from 1967 through to 2002. It was nice to finally meet David Stokes and see his 68 Firebird. All makes of cars were invited and I was impressed with the 64 Pontiac Catalina which Chris was showing for the first time. I left early to head for the next show on the agenda, so I may have missed a few of the later arivals.
