It was a cool start to the day in the mountains but I was out taking photos in the morning mist. It was a pleasant afternoon in McKenzie Towne, chatting with the residents, eating hot dogs and cotton candy, petting friendly dogs, and looking at classic cars. Ninety-year-old Ben Ostrander recently completed restoration on his 1936 Ford Coupe and was proudly displaying it at the show. It was a beautiful day in the community of Bowness for the Bowness Auto Parts 20th annual show and shine. This is a remarkable location for a classic car show with the historic sandstone King Edward school as the centrepiece.
