“Burn the Point” Car Show in Billings, Montana
The first eight photos in the gallery show some different and unusual cars. The yellow 1966 Dodge Dart would be a Valiant back in Canada. The first-year 1967 Firebird came with a 6-cylinder engine. Did you know Ford made two completely different models of the Falcon in 1970? Photos seven and eight show the second version of the 1970 Ford Falcon.
Americans can be very patriotic and the featured photo shows Glen waving the U.S. flag which he later attached to his Ford Model A. He also is the owner of the pink and white 56 Ford featuring his daughter-in-law posing in her retro poodle outfit.
The weather was sunny and warm in Billings and 353 cars were registered for this remarkable show.
I’ve also posted Billings Part Two which features 139 photos from the parade on Friday in downtown Billings and 61 more photos from the car show.
