Sometimes the best travel memories come from a simple detour. While driving home to Saskatchewan, I pulled a few miles off the #1 and into the quaint village of Rosemary just in time for their Canada Day festivities.
The energy was electric as thousands of spectators packed main street for the parade, staying well into the afternoon to take in the impressive car show. With blue skies, warm temperatures, and no wind, it was the perfect summer day.
